STEP – 2

Attach Document Required

• PASTE PHOTO & SIGNATURE
• SEMESTER 1 ADMISSION SLIP
• SEMESTER 2 ADMISSION SLIP
• SEMESTER 1 MARKSHEET
• REGISTRATION SLIP

STEP – 3

Went to college and submit form with all documents and signature of HOD.

STEP – 4

If college done payment its fine other wise pay exam form fee online by yourself or cyber cafe.

Get printout of payment slip and form.
