DOWNLOAD EXAM FORM AND FILL IN PEN PAPER

STEP – 2

Attach Document Required

• PASTE PHOTO & SIGNATURE
• Semester one का अंक प्रमाण पत्र की छाया प्रति
• पंजीयन प्रपत्र की छाया प्रति
• Semester two का नामांकन रसीद की छाया प्रति
• Mid Semester test रसीद का छाया प्रति

STEP – 3

Went to college and submit form with all documents and signature of HOD.

STEP – 4

If college done payment its fine other wise pay exam form fee online by yourself or cyber cafe.

Get printout of payment slip and form.
